Turning coordinates into things you can actually point at, and reading a star chart for your own latitude and date.

Planned lessons

• What is up tonight from where you are
• Circumpolar, seasonal, and never-visible stars for your latitude
• Star names, Bayer letters, and catalogue numbers
• Precession, why the star charts age
• Building your own chart for your horizon

Prerequisites

• Module 05 (local sky)

Intended approach

A small bright-star catalogue plus observer.to_horizontal. No new physics; this is module 05 applied at scale.
